do they make a convertor to allow SODIMMs to fit in Sdram banks?

i have a couple of 256 sodimms, i have a computer that only accepts sdram. i have a posting in yard sale looking for sdram, but i was wondering if they make a simple convertor that would allow me to use these sticks instead.

yeah i know, it's stupid and it's probably cheaper just to buy the sdram sticks

No, they don't. Not that I've seen. And if they do, no way in hell is it economical to buy them. Something like that you would only use if you absolutely had to, or if you could use it in your next few computers over the coming years.

Go on and exchange your SODIMMS for credit toward some used SDRAM.
