cuz i really think i should hit chest twice a week instead of just once
i crush my abs every day.
Legs, twice on Wednesdays.
all of them
abs = 5 times a week
bi,back,tri,chest = 2x's a week
there is one i work every day
i end up working most things indirectly 2 times a week
i do chest/bi - chest obviously utilizing tris, more direct bi work
then i do back/tri - more direct tri work, back uses bis
I'm on Max-OT so I have to wait a whole week before I can hit the same muscle again
Most bodypart twice per week. Legs though 3 times.
I always hit everything at least twice. Once per week isn't enough stimulation for a lot of people, especially those who aren't using.
My favorite split is a 3x weekly full-body.
As much as I want to hate on this, you actually look really good, so I can't and won't.
chest/bi - back/tri - leg/shoulders - off - REPEAT
yes, 2 ME and DE/RE days for bench and 2 for squat/DL every week
and it switches every week for a muscle group twice a week.
one week it's chest, next it's legs, shoulders etc
so what was with all the hype about max-ot and lifting heavy only once a week per muscle group and i see all you guys do it multiple times a week.
the Max-OT trend is over
so does it just not work or people are just trying new things. because I just started max-ot about a month and a half ago and i dont want another bad routine.
It works for me. Plus being a chick, I need a little extra stimulation anyways.
I do now.........
30 minutes of Cardio daily.....
Chest + Back
Bi's + Tri's
Shoulders + Legs
Im a noob, but ure even noobier cause you cant work any muscle 5x a week to do anything effectively.
It worked well for Preemo.
I'd stick with it if I were you for at least a few months.
i pretty much plan on sticking with it for awhile only because its so much better than my previous routine that i've already noticed a little size gain and a ton of strength gain.
