How much does it cost?
Usually depends on how many sessions you buy
anywhere from $25+ per session
($25 is cheap!)
I had 3 sessions with a PT and then I came to F&N and realized he was an idiot
I don't have one, nor would I want one. I see these skinny men training people how to get in shape and they don't even have muscle tone. Yeah...I'm going to take their advice.
The other night i was at the grocery store and this lady asked me if i was a personal trainer, i said no, then she said "you should be, you look like one"....i guess that means i'm skinny
I payed $1100 for 3 months of PT for my wife to get her growing ass in the gym, what a waist of money.
anyone who would need a pt doesnt need to be lifting
Id rather see someone in the gym w/ a PT then at McDonalds with a quarter-pounder.
Imagine you had access to being trained by anyone in the world...
i wanna hit up poliquin and defranco myself.
YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE HARDCORE THAN PEOPLE WITH PERSONAL TRAINERS!!!1!
lets see theres some weights here, i'm fat and ugly.
maybe i'll lift them in various ways to burn my fat, or run around the track. but wait, i dont comprehend this shit so i need to pay someone to tell me what to do
that would be alright, because they obviously know what the fuck is goin on. most pt's at gyms know about as much as an average high schooler when it comes to training.
defranco would be nice.
I'll take you please! Make me fabulous.
I don't have a PT in the sense of going to the gym and paying for sessions, but I have mentors and coaches in my gym at home that teach me the ways of the darkside and help to get me as strong as possible
yes, i consider F&N my pt
reading & comprehension ftw
