My external HD just got full and I need to clean shit and I have 22gig of RAW files.
Disk space is so dirt cheap these days, space isn't really a reason to delete anything any more.
Why not just buy a 1TB sata drive?
Whether or not there's any reason to keep RAW files I have no idea....(my SD1000 only makes jpg's )
buy an external. I have three just hanging out in my living room.
Space is cheap. No reason to delete the RAW files.
The only ones I delete are the ones I know I can't turn into a decent picture (camera shake, shit in front of the subject, etc).
yeah, this is what i've started doing. shit a 1tb drive is around $100.
RAW and XMPs are all that I save.
werd i just export jpgs for web and then delete them off my hd
