I try to keep my workouts to a 4 day a week minimum. Because half of the dumbells were being used/no where to be found, I had to improvise with a different routine. With that being said, during my workouts I just feel tired and don't want to stay as long as I want to. 30min vs 60-90min. You guys think taking a few days off is a good idea? Also, past few days I"ve been getting in on a lot more sleep than I usually do. Diet hasn't changed much either. What to do?
