to the gym? Or something to keep track of sets/exercises. im noob to the gym and sometimes forget what exercises i should do. like today icouldnt remember any more exercises for back other then lat pulldown, seated rows and bent over row 2 of my friends who lift alot were there so helped me out. but does anyone take a notepad or something for the first time. just so i dont forget anything. ive noticed a little bit of strength gain and i dont get sore enough. pusshing my self hard. Im taking pics every week or so. but wont post them till i see some improvement, right now mostly just noticed that i dont get tired as easy.
