For a month or two now I've woken up and the only way I can describe it is that my body feels tired. Really fucking tired. Not sore (Sometimes I'll get sore, I know what that feels like). I've had some good progress. I'm happy with the direction I'm headed. That's all good. I can live with this but its strange. Has anyone experienced this? Have any tips? Frankly, it makes me hit snooze 3 times which is something I never used to do - I used to just get my ass out of bed right away. Part of this is that I am lifting bigger and better and perhaps my body just needs more sleep. I get 7-8 hours as often as a I can. Work has been much more demanding which may play a part. But I now need a long ass nap on saturday instead of a 20 minute power nap. I don't know, something seems different.
