Does he talk about training 4x a week in it? Worth the buy?
I thought the plan was a 4x a week plan for some reason. I thought it was like squat day, dead day, military dead, bench day
its the four lifts over a 10 day period or something. You really only lift 3x a week if you follow the original plan. I added a 4th day when I was doing it.
it is you can spread it over 1 week (7days) or 9-10 days....
the 5/3/1 book is only $20, if you have a good handle on 5/3/1 then probab not but he does answer a lot of questions regarding 5/3/1 assistance exercises. training only 2X a week, etc. etc.
ehh it only 20 bones I'd drop it if I was interested, just to make sure I had as much info as possible but you definetly dont NEED it.
I have it the real 5/3/1 not the training three days a week.
it is 4x a week, its a good read but its a book on the basics. i read over it a lot, because i usually missed something the first time.
he does talk about training 3x a week in the book as well.
so i googled 'amazon 5/3/1 book' to see what you guys are taking about and the first hit was
Galen: On Semen (Corpus Medicorum Graecorum, 5,3,1) (Hardcover)
I assume it's not this one.
For $20 I think its worth it. It's nice to just have it all his ideas in one place.
book not worth it
