i bought some from 1fast400 earlier this year (january) and was wondering how long its good for.
also, does anyone know how much should be taken per serving and how many servings per day?
theres conflicting information all over the internet...
the general consensus is 10-15 g a day... some people prefer split before and after a workout... some in the morning and at night
