That's my usual post work out drink... Not sure if it's fine to mix them all together?
well I am asking because I heard some people say that on whey is fast digesting product while milk is not.. so it's not a great mix post work out?

just fucking eat some food, lift some weights, and drink your fucking shakes if you want to.

And my pre-workout shake also has 5mg of arginine.

I remember reading the thread on T-Nation the author mentions. If anything the supplement forum on that site is the epitome of bro-science and really lame moderation.
I once had posts removed and was sent stern warnings because I told a kid to go to a doctor if he was seriously concerned about his test levels rather than waste $50 on Alpha Male shit. Now, the new craze is "peri-nutrition" and the $10 per workout supplement protocol. Fucking hate that site besides the powerlifting and conditioning forums. /rant.
