Does anyone use a special mp3 for HITT?

    I was just looking for an mp3 that helped time the intervals. Maybe something that changed every 30 seconds :dunno:

    Well, I can't help you on the mp3s, but have you heard of that timer that vibrates for hiit? I think its called gymboss.

    doesn't the ipod have a function that plays just the first 30 seconds of a song?

    Songs are 30-60 sec long and it's quite uptempo :cool:

    It wouldn't be too much work to edit .mp3s into 30 second files using a tool like GoldWave (available for free) or something.

    You could even pick out your favorite 30 seconds. Maybe it's the sweet guitar solo in the middle or something.
