I'm 5"7 and 135lbs now and am trying to gain weight. I hit the gyms 3 times a week and try to eat 4-5 small meals a day. My diet is not as clean as it can be (ice cream, fast food etc.) I do take whey protein and eat vegetables and lean meat whenever I can though. My goal is to reach about 155lb and start cutting a little. So what do you guys think?
