I usually start off deadlifting(I like to get the goofy looking exercises out of the way first), then i jump in to bench presses and after that I just randomly pick exercises such as skullcrushers, curls, etc. I usually work my upper body first then when i'm done with that I go to legs with squats etc. Does it really matter in which order I go in? P.S. I work out my whole body in a day.
