Like if I smoke weed every weekend. Is it going to affect my workouts?

I would take a guess, smoking anything is going to hinder your breathing... other than that probably not.
Ive heard a lot of bb'ers blaze their face off after workouts
Not that I know of. Just dont go to the gym high.
and DEFINETLY don't do cardio high... you get mad paranoid
some people claim to be able to focus more on the muscle they are working out if they're high... but I doubt smoking over the weekend is going to effect your workouts.

in fact, I've upped the dose to AT LEAST once a day and I've been a PR machine for the last few weeks
you being honest?? would be an interesting study.
I never go to the gym high, just because being inhibited in any way while engaging in heavy lifting seems dangerous.
As far as afterwards though...yeah, why not. I've not run into any problems with it. I've seen some pretty big guys that smoke on the regular.

couple of my friends claim they are workout machines when they blaze before the gym... i dont know tho
Recent studies have demonstrated that inhaling smoke into your body is actually GOOD for you. I've been running my car in the garage and inhaling the fumes in 10 minute intervals.
