Well if you follow the sacred formula (squats + milk = solution to all of life's problems) then the milk should more than compensate for any negative effect that squats have on height.
I can/will affect your spine however.
I used to be 6'3"

i drank more milk than people thought humanly possible and i never did squats.. yet my dad is 6'11 and i am a mere 6'5.. my mom is 5'11

6'11' is just rediculous. 6'5' is pretty much perfect.
I would rather be 6', which I am.
I'm 6'3', which im fine with, i still dont fit properly in most sport coupes tho

6'5 sucks, because im not tall, but not small enough to guard the little fast guys
It might not be perfect sport wise, but looks wise 6" to 6'6 is pritty spot on. Your big enough to look imposing without being stupidly tall.
