i used to take like 5-6 a week
now im at 2-3 a day

no not really, how much are you eating? when i was fat i used to eat alot and i used to shit a lot too. it necessarily doesn't mean that your metabolism has sped up
it just means you're eating more/getting more fiber
i always take a shit right after a big meal. now that ive spreaded meals to 5-6 smaller portions a day, i only crap once or twice a week
then you are not eating enough or getting enough fiber, and thats pretty unhealthy for you.
ive actually lost 20-25 pounds since december
and ive also been shitting more
thought they might be related?
If they started happening simultaneously, there's probably some good chance they're related, but you're not pooping out your fat.
I'd be taking 20lbs shits if i shit once or twice a week
ironic, i just took a shit lol.
but yeah, i usually take a shit twice a week average. there are times where i crap more than 3 though per week
I'm taking a shit 2-3 times per day now on my 3000-3500 calorie diet

i have been eating better lately so i think the food choices may have increased my metabolism, therefore making me shit more
Even at below 2500 calories.... I still shit 2-3 times per day.
I recall reading something about people that jog... called 'runner's trot' I believe.
Running apparently diarhea in some if I understood correctly.
i usually go 2-3 days time dieting or not.
how is that possible?... do you only eat 2 times a week?
just fyi, not having a bowel movement at least once a day puts you at a much higher risk for colon cancer. you guys need to get more fiber and drink more water.
