I have been going to the gym for about 1 year now and saw decent progress. Still unhappy with my progress, I looked around for more tips and found some. One said that you should lift the weight very slowly up and down. While i see at the gym most guys lift weights pretty quickly. I started to go really slow with almost a pause while lifting, and im more sore then i have ever been. Problem is i cant lift nearly as much weight as i used to. Should i continue this to try to bulk and get stronger, or ditch this rountine?
