Fun little gun and you can shoot all day on $10 .
I love my P22.
I went to the shop to buy one, but once I held it, it's waaay too small for me. I still may end up with one, but it gave me second thoughts. Now I'm considering a conversion slide for a glock???
how bout the mosquito?
all i hear are negative things about them though
I like my mosquito...so much so I have 2 of them. (and a p22 as well, which I like)
didn't really care for it. Most of the .22LR handguns are different from normal handguns, imo. I just want a standard sized/styled handgun chambered in .22LR.
Basically I want a "jumbo" version of the P22.
the mosquito was the closest I found to a "normal" handgun in .22lr (without using a conversion kit)... I think it's like 90%(?) the size of a P226...at least, thats if my memory is right from when I saw the first materials on it.
Yeah, read the PDF on it...90% the size of a 226
didn't like it.
The p22 is light enough to have some snap and pop left in it. It's not a target gun that just goes click and doesnt move. Imo thats what makes it worth it to me.
shoot it all day then try to disassemble it, it's a whore to reassemble with that spring guide tool
oh and hammer ftl
There is a tool?
yeah, comes in the box...is a little rod that you preinsert into the slide to hold the spring in position until you reassemble
i have three p22's, whenever i get off my lazy ass and do a .22lr G19 or 1911 i will sell em
I never knew there was a tool. LOL
I just kinda started slapping stuff together and hold my toungue the right way.
I've been looking for a P22, where's the cheapest place to buy a P22 from??
$291 delivered...no one can do better?
that's a good price.
the sig mosquito is 278 shipped
I got mine for 260 locally.
I like the mosquito since it's bigger then a p22 and so far mine runs flawless on cheap Federal bulk packs.
