Has anyone ever used one of these services to buy a domain from a squatter? I'm really debating about it :(

Whats the purpose of this service? Unless they loan you the money, how do you expect anyone to help you buy a domain?

I think you pay them like 60 bucks up front and they try to get a hold of the owner and negotiate a price for you and then there's commission involved somehow for them

why not just try to contact the owner yourself? Seems being contacted by a "service" would make the owner feel their domain is worth more than it might be and would make it harder to get a fair price. I haven't had done it much myself but I would think you would get a better response if you just contacted them as a normal person and just let them know what you hoped to do with the domain. Might be enough?

how do you contact those domains with just ads up and it's just a place holder with no contact info on the site? :(
