His form is awesome.
It has, but it's a worthy repost.
yeah a repost but this has always given me motivation for leg days
Sorry, I've been outa F+N for a while now.
very nice, i never feel safe enough at the gym to sqaut like that. so i use the s mith to sqaut
oh boy are you gonna get it
probably, but im also a noob and wouldnt kno where to toss the weight if i blew it or got stuck
just tsay in the rack
wow hes sinking it deep; i wish i could do it like that with more than 185
i plan to till i can handle and get form down better.
the "form" on the s.machine is completely different from that of free squatting dude
well iguess i should say, till i can handle sqautting and not hurting myself?
the bar weighs 45lbs dude. i'm sure you can squat that and find/fix any errors.
45lbs and some weight will be like 40-50% my weight
im only 120 right now
just squat with the bar man till you get accustomed.
I started with squating the bar, correcting form early!
i squatted with the bar today.
also, your av... i love photoshop
watch this and learn
he meant stay inside the squat rack, that's the whole point of it...so you can dump the weight if you need to. The guy in the video is squatting outside the rack. Smith machine squats are one of the worst things you can do and they are not helping you develop proper free squat form at all.
i hate those squat racks that aren't adjustable though (like the one in the vid)
can't get the depth you want while staying inside of it
smith machines are ftl
I can never seem to keep my back that straight, I always tend to lean into it a bit when getting heavy.
I hardly ever squat now though, so I guess it doesn't matter.
i started with the bar at 125, now i do 95
yes you can
