Great spot on the left
Awesome quarter squats

sorry folks, bored at work
wish I started lifting at 15, looks like a good squat to me..look how proud that kids dad is, awesome
great lifting music too
i like how he looks at the camera on the 425 push press like 'dude, you better be recording this shit'
yeah and the bish in the background is checkin him out
you're only supposed to go that low?
FUCK YEAH BRO ALL NATURAL NO DRUGS WERE USED TO LIFT THAT WEIGHT HELL YEAH DRUG FREE FOR LIFE
DID I MENTION I DON'T USE DRUGS OR STEROIDS?
IF YOU USE DRUGS YOU'RE A FAGGOT AND A SUBHUMAN PIECE OF SHIT
I'M SO MUCH BETTER THAN YOU
I really hope that 15 yr. old dude doesn't do that much weight regularly, looks like he's on the road for a serious back injury soon.
WHAT THAT KID NEEDS IS SGT ROCK'S OLD SCHOOL HARDCORE BLUE COLLAR STIFF LEG DEADLIFT ROUTINE! ALWAYS USE A HOOK GRIP BROS!
Love the beard on the second video guy, that's bad-ass just like that. Though I thought it was the video of the guy breaking his leg doing squats so was scared to watch. I don't need that image in my head when doing squats tonight!
because you have no idea what you are talking about
i don't like it when unqualified people who can't view a lift but from the front (poor view) make wanna-be factual statements that he will have a "serious back injury" if he keeps squatting that way.. when, as i said, you can't really see anything whatsoever. this coming from what i assume to be a unexperienced, non qualified person judging form on.. the interweb.. from the front
thats all bro.
Just making a statement coming from my 3.5 years of lifitng. If you watch the vid, he definately put a lot of lower back into it.
and? so did Steve Goggins and he was the first man to squat 1100+ iirc...
once again...you don't know what you're talking about...
it still doesn't make sense man.. you can't just watch an internet video and conclude that someone will be seriously injured if they don't change their form, when his form wasn't that bad for a max lift and it's from a front view.. that's all
Those first 2 vids were insane.
doesn't mean you should emulate a freak like goggins. you should always try to use good form but on max lifts shit happens. most people would prolly fuck themselves up consistently lifting like goggins.
very true...it works for some people but not everyone...
