Whatever you do, don't workout...because I'm a doctor, and if you work out, you will die from hernias.
Playing motherfucking rugby apparently promotes soft tissue health.
muscle spasms are bad?
"Hi, I'm an idiot who overtrained with bad form. WEIGHTS R BAD"
He's got a point though, I'm pretty sure most sports coaches are dumbshits about weightlifting form, proper rest and proper nutrition. At least all of mine were.
I think he is mostly just advocating being careful as these exercises can easily hurt you when done incorrectly. however it does leave you with the impression that it might be better not doing them.
i was going to post that he wasnt even a doctor because what the hell is a B. H. Sci HMS, but it looks like he has gotten some pretty impressive credentials
great odin's raven!
"Hello, I am one of several million people who have weight trained in their lifetime. I'm all fucked up now, it couldnt be because I'm an idiot who did things wrong, it's because weights are bad m-kay. I recommend no one weight trains, because you could fuck yo shit up nigga... I also dont recommend you leave your home during rainy days, I knew a guy who got hit by lightning and died, lightning and weight training are the new plauges of the twenty first centry".
