i went down to the local safeway to buy some powerade/gatorade and the gatorade propel fitness water. i usually bring a bottle with me to the gym while doing my lifts. when i was purchasing my drinks, the lady told me i should only drink these liquids when im sweating (basically if im working out in any way). she told me some story about how someone has had an bad health condition (heart shock?... she told me heart failure or something with the term 'shock')...because he/she drank so much gatorade and didnt work out. *im just thinking to myself, maybe that fool was just some fat man who trashed his body and tried to blame gatorade for his fatty health issue(s)*. can someone chime in and explain? im assure gatorade/powerade would never damage your body... its basically water/sugars?
