sorry for all the threads... its out of excitement.
what lens? looks good, still a tad bit noisier than i expected, but i guess it is ISO 2800!!!
How wide is the 28mm on full frame (the beast) sample shots
wider than you can possibly imagine. I slapped it on first thing and went...
I've used it on my N90 (full frame film) but never really paid attention to how wide it was.
I could easily leave the 50 on the and use it as a walk around lens now. It seems 'normal' now.
so what are you going to do w/ your d300? and you have a dog?
that's kami's bed - he had to sell the crib to afford the d700
Keeping the D300, sold the D80... and we have 2 dogs. And no, you can't eat them.
Looks pretty good. I really wanna play around with FF. I'm afraid if I did I'd be hooked and my wallet would hate me.
Yeah, in all my film classes they'd say the 50 is a great walk around lens. I never understood what they meant til I slapped it on a FF and my world got wider
Here's the drool machine and his 'morning hair' at ISO 6400.
Damn son! That there be some pretty clean images!!
I can't wait to take pictures at the next wedding w/ it. I'm going to be walking around w/ a hard on the whole time and it won't be because of the hotties there.
awesome, gotta love the FX sensor
I was going to get the D300 for x'mas but goddamnit you changed my mind.
These are the types of pictures I'd like to take more often.
D300 is a very capable camera. I'd know, I have one.
I know the feeling.
Wow, retardedly impressive at that ISO! I am brokes so I will just keep at it with my D200.
