Red Acid, Cuts II, and Ephedra
Thats.. a lot of supplements just to cut water weight.
And trying to lose fat Im guessing 1.5lbs of fat 6.0lbs of water and .5lbs of muscle
6days a week Although One Legged Bicycling sucks

Stay away from all the fucking supplements and lose your weight the good old fashioned way.
I lost 72 pounds in 5 months and still put on a decent amount of muscle without taking any pills or any of that shit, you don't need it and anyone who tells you otherwise is a fucking moron.

I've lost 40lbs in around 3months with nothing but Fish Oil and Iced Green Tea and Hot Green Tea. But I hit a platue and didnt lose a single damn pound for 3weeks no matter what I did, I was eating a 500 cal deficit didnt work, ate a 800 cal deficit put on a lb ate a 1200 cal deficit stayed the same, pretty much ate a 1000cal a day and still didnt lose any fucking weight.
