From what I've read these two don't like playing nice together. Drupal makes a shit ton of SQL calls and dreamhost has their DB servers on separate boxes. Is there any way I can help my site decrease it's loading time? It takes a long time to load for anonymous visitors (thanks to caching), but when I have to log in to the site, it'll take forever to load. any ideas? moving hosts is not really an option, our IT department has been with dreamhost for years.
