so my friend bought no-explode today...
I like no-explode.
i've never tried it. to be honest, i've heard many mixed reviews, so i just choose to stay away from it.
well, I use the cellmass no-explode wif da creatine in it. Does the job for me.
its not really a terrible product - its just overhyped.
If BigDamRay uses it, its gotta work
i don't know which one he has..
it's not a bad product, just horribly overpriced when compared to stuff like CEE.
i've heard claims of it to be a placebo, some say it doesn't work at all..shit man

Cellmass and NOXplode is CRAP! Waste of money...i used 5 scoops (rec. 3 scoops) and it didnt have 1 single affect on me
i told him that i know a bunch of people who didn't get much out of it (you guys)...he gave some reply like "of course they will, blah blah blah, power lifters blah blah blah"
just a side question....has anyone ever cut and take creatine at the same time?
Im doing it right now. Its fine - creatine retains some muscle mass while in deficit. Taking it while on stims isnt an issue, either - as long as you drink more than enough water
but what about the water retention? are we talking about creatine monohydrate or what?
most will use CEE to stay away from the water retention.
i assume it's the regular 15g a day type?
I'm using CEE - I've never tried any mono's so I cant really comment on them

I did the bsn stack, put on 10lbs in a month and a half, waist stayed the same size and everything else increased. Pumps were unreal, I love the stuff
