Ok I'm 6' 152. I am trying to get started gaining a decent amount of weight. I've got my Nlarge2, flax, vitamins, and am working on eating between 3500-4000 calories a day. It's hard to find things I like that are good, I'm too picky. Anyways my question is this, while training to make large gains, I understand we should do excessive cardio. But I'm taking a swimming class in my last semester and it's really kicking my ass. Is it going to hurt my weight gain efforts by trying to do some cardio so that I don't look like such bitch in the swimming class?
