I work a lot, and try to get to gym at least 3 times a week. Today I brought a set of 30lbs dumbells to the office to keep here when i have some free time. I know a few basic routines with them, but can anyone offer a few more excersizes? I don't want to be laying on the floor in my office, lol.. Any good chest excersize sitting on a chair? Any help is appriciated!
