Its a retard question, what do you eat before you lift? Carbs + Protein its doesnt depend on the time of day. You can wake up and have brown rice and beef or eggs and oatmeal. Who gives a fuck what you eat before you lift

I don't think its retarded. We were discussing this in another thread and I posted that personally I'm one who doesn't like to eat too much before I workout because I find it affects my workout negatively. At the same time I don't really want to wake up an hour or two earlier to give myself time to digest it.
