When I lifting around 5-6ish PM every day, I was following Pur's diet. Now that I am working 13hr days 5x a week, I am trying to hit the gym first thing in the morning (5am most days, and 6:30am on 2 out of the 3 days). Do you eat first thing in the morning? Carbs? Lately I have been blending up 1cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein as my first meal, but was thinking about adding 6x raw egg whites + 1scoop protein instead of the 2 scoops. Thoughts?
