eat more. if you normally eat 3 big meals a day, spread it to 5 eating the same amounts.
you could also eat smaller portions every other hour as your body will always have its energy. if your working out, you can take weight gainer supplements. btw, eating natsy junk food can get you weight, but not the weight you would want (fat). you want to eat more rice/grains/bread/meats/fruits/nuts/carbs/etc.
Dumbass, its not what you eat, its how you eat it. If you consume all food using the method of interorectogestion, not only will you put on lean mass at a quicker rate than even steroids, you will actually use body fat as fuel.
Uhhh 5 meals will not make you gain more weight than 3 meals, given equal calories
