What's the best way to get 10g of protein while sacrificing the LEAST amount of calories?
Egg whites are pretty much unbeatable for calories to protein ratio.
small portion of tuna
whey, very lean meat
Egg whites make me want to puke
what is the point of this question again? why do you need 10g of protien with low calories?
Then get a good whey isolate... should have next to little fat/carboyhdrates
egg whites, tuna, whey
10 grams of seman has 10 grams of protein and only 42 calories FYI.
Damn beat me to it.
i actually thought that's what this thread was about
Nectar is 100% calories from protein.
10g of protein is only 40 calories in and of itself. What are you obsessing about? That should be easy to get without even remotely affecting your cals for the day.
If you want to cut cals, get some BCAA, otherwise there's no way around.
the wal mart brand thin sliced turkey i buy has 10g protein and 60 cals per serving size (5-6 slices)
Branched-chain amino acids. Protein is made out of amino acids and there are 20 types of amino acids I think. 3 of them are called branched-chain amino acids and they are the most important amino acids for muscle growth or to prevent muscle breakdown while dieting.
10 g of protein will be worto 40 cals no matter what but 10g of bcaa will be more useful to your body than 10g of various amino acids.
nectar whey has like 40 calories for 10g
I have scrambled egg whites every morning w/ peppers, tomoatoes and mushrooms.....It taste good....
