I'm looking for some good ideas for out and about eating.. Anyone got anything good?
steak and potatoe
boloco large cajun extra meat (grilled chicken) in a bowl with no rice.
Fucking food of the gods.

I like Subway the best...obviously..
Mcdonalds grilled classic chicken w/o mayo is a good choice too
I eat out about 7-8x a week. I have chicken/filet with brocolli/asparagus/green beans and then throw in a salad with blue cheese
i eat out almost every meal
subway (meatball marinara or tuna)
or restaurants, whre i usually get burgers.
apples, they are portable
Chipotle - Fajita Burrito Bol with chicken, corn salsa, and lettuce.
McD/BK/Wendy's/etc. - Chicken sandwich (spicy if they have it)
El Pollo Loco - Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts and a small thing of pinto beans

luckily living in NYC I can find whatever the fuck I want wherever, whenever. I had a lamb gyro at the corner of 6th ave the other day. AWESOME.
Qdoba - chicken fajita (hot sauce, no cheese or sour cream)
just look for anything grilled > fried, wheat > white, avoid pasta as best you can (one of my personal vices)
jack in the box's spicy chicken isnt bad either
I loves me some gyros
bread is so much the devil and its in all fast foods
about the only safe options i have are
bbq chicken salad, hold the bacon.
turkey sammich on wheat, no mayo or cheese, extra veggies.
Those are wonderful, because they
a) cost $5
b) are enough to feed a small family
c) taste like heaven, especially with extra white & hot sauces
d) knock you out for a nice afternoon nap
that stuff we used to eat all the time back in the day
