and no its not pms! hi everyone im jessica...and im addicted to weights (everyone say hi jess) anyway i started a cycle of EC which is doing great! but regardless of what i do to prevent them i still get cramps in my calves. i increased my water intake, take a mg/k supplement, and try to eat a banana sometime during the day (it varies). any other ideas?? maybe try a multi to? the mg/k supplement has 600mg of magnesium and 198 mg of potassium.
