i took my EC and CEE about 30 mins before my workout today and had the biggest pump ive ever felt in the gym. my strength went through the roof and i had a ton of energy. only problem is it SEVERELY dehydrates you. i drank almost 2 gallons of water durning my workout (did back and bi's today) i think im going to continue doing this if the EC doesnt fuck with my sleep after a while. so far thats the only side effects ive been having, its been kinda hard to sleep, but other things may have contributed to that.
