All right so i went out for some milk and came back with an edu on how to make some kick ass spicy chicken nachos, so here goes.

Sixpercents Spicy Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

1 bag of Restaurant Style Chips
.15kg Mozzarella Cheese
.15kg Cheddar Cheese
1 Green Peppers
1 Tomato
1 Hot Red Pepper
1 Hot White/yellow pepper
1 Jalapeno Pepper
Franks Red Hot Sauce (or your personal favorite hot sauce)
.35kg (appx.3/4lb) Chicken Breast
Sour Cream and Salsa

Directions:

1. Slice your chicken breast into grape sized portions
2. Slice your peppers (thicker = more flavour. 1/2inch is prefferable, thin = easier to eat :greddy:)
3. Grate the cheese
4. Preheat the frying pan with olive oil to medium
5. Place chicken breast on pan immediately turn to low and let simmer for 4-6 minutes, stirring often.
6. Add the hot sauce (not sure exactly how much i put in, but it should look like this

8. After you've set up the pan, add the chips, and layer with 1/2 of the cheese.
9. Add the vegetables and sprinkle a bit more cheese one top.
10. Add the spicy chicken and load the rest of the cheese on top.

You want to cut up the chicken breast to about thumbnail size portions

The hot stuff
n504278282_366622_4093.jpg

Cut the peppers to your preffered thickness, but for more flavour leave them slighty on the thicker side.

Tomatoes and Green Peppers.. again cut them a bit bigger then the size of your thumbnail (if you have faggy nails, or are a girl, cut them about the size of a quarter

Preheat the frying pan with olive oil to medium, place the breast in the grill and turn the heat down to low. When the chicken looks cooked throughout, add the sauce.
