Hey guys, I have a quick question. What effect does napping have on the bulking/cutting routine? I almost always take a 2-3 hour nap on the weekdays, when I come back from :highschool: . I'm also in cutting right now and I am wondering if napping hinders or helps it. I usually go to sleep for ~5 hours a night on weekdays and have a 2-3 hour nap each day. On weekends I sleep 8-10 hours a night. Thanks brolys and brolyettes.
