Starting Weight: 341 Starting Height... 6' 4" One week: 335 Diet: Breakfast: One packet oatmeal, One hard boiled egg. One piece of fruit or half a grapefruit. Snack (Half an Oh Yeah Bar) Lunch: Chicken breast sandwich on sprouted wheat with mustard and lettuce. 10 Triscuits Water Snack( Almonds or a PB and J on sprouted wheat with Natural PB and Sugar Free Jelly) Dinner: 6 oz protein Tons of vegetables steamed or grilled. Exercise: 45 Minutes of Cardio 3x a week. Weight training and Interval training 2x a week. (Same Day) Holla.
