So i started working out about 4-5 months ago, and i also play badminton with my gf 3 times a week. Recently, my right elbow started hurting. It was just uncomforable until the past Saturday, when i went to bench. After benching, whenever i do the twisting motion, my elbow would hurt. I thought it healed on monday, and i went to do my shoulder routine. After my workout, i played badminton again and the pain came back. I haven't worked out since Monday. Should I hit the gym tonight? I'm feeling pretty good except some odd twisting motion that would cause a little pain. Thanks brolys update: when to workout last night. The first 2 sets were painful! Then my elbow, all of a sudden, got 2000% better. So i continued my routine. AFter workout, the pain came back, but not as bad. Now i'm a lot better, even though the pain is still there. Weird. My gf keeps on telling me to stop lifting so i won't hurt myself, but Thanks guys!
