Hello F&N I've never posted in this forum before but have been readin it for the past month after I joined my first gym. My question is about resistance vs distance on a eliptical. When I first started I did 1 mile at resistance 1. One month later I have slowly ramped up to the point where I can do 4 miles at resistance 9. My goal is to continue to lose weight but I would prefer to not have huge legs how should I continue to ramp up my cardio ?
