    was invited to work out in one of those warehouse gyms where everyone actually competes. only wrote down my deads, the rest of the time there was a lot of t-bar rows, upright rows, pullups, glute/ham targeting exercises, db rows, and farmer's carries.

    it's monday now and i'm still feeling it.
