He won’t let him back on. But the issue is that he can’t articulate why Jones won’t be allowed back on while many people who are just as bad will be able to keep spreading their bullshit. There are no actual policies or TOS - just Elon’s feelings. That’s the point Harris was making.
Iirc Elon has said that on twitter he will allow any speech that isn't *illegal*.

A court has ruled that Alex Jones says *illegal* things.

Prior conviction is the bar apparently.

When spaceX rockets are still launching and landing fine will people believe he's not single handedly responsible for it?

"this time targeting the sales and partnership side of the business after mass resignations among engineers on Thursday"

firing the sales and partnership side during a time when Twitter needs it the most is true genius...if you are trying to sink the company

Bankruptcy one month in is genius, best self-made entrepreneur in human history.
What is amazing to me is a lot of YouTube comments are basically "Musk will either turn Twitter around and make a huge profit or he'll put it out of business. Either way he wins. That's what some off you losers whining about this don't understand. Not matter what happens he comes out on top."

And not just one or two comments like that. But multiple comments with dozens of replies agreeing and adding on how up our down Musk wins and how he got what he wanted.

I don't know. It is weird.
