I've been going to the gym for a while now, and although gaining on my upper body I've cut out my leg workouts completely after a sports injury. Somehow I've not been able to work them back into my schedule and frankly I'm having trouble getting rolling on them again. The REALLY embarassing part is that I haven't done deadlifts/squats/stuff like that in over a year. It's all been on machines for more control, lest I re-injure myself. Pity replies? Suggestions? Confidence boosters?
