I've been bulking for a while now. I started at 154lb with a nasty beer gut, now I'm 184 and my belly pokes out a bit... or I might just be bloated from all the food. I can't do any cardio if I still want to gain muscle mass right? Even if I just get my heart rate up to like 135 and do that for an hour is it a bad idea? I'm currently eating 5000 cals, 320g protein or so per day, 500 carbs, and I guess too much fat. I'm currently taking cee/di-arginine in hopes of seeing 201lb some day. Should I cut then bulk again?
