i just started playing it last night and i have no clue what to do any help?
Return it while you still can and get World Of Warcraft.
i've had it for a while just didn't have a computer that could play it
Which everquest? One or Two. Don't buy WOW It blows.
EQ = Hardcore Gamer's Game
WoW = Cookie Cutter Cakewalk where your computer-illiterate Mom could hit 60 in a month
If you don't like a challenge, you won't like EQ. It is difficult to level, albeit not as hard as it used to be.
A retarded ape could reach max level in EQ now. Don't kid yourself.
Yeah, trade in one cookie cutter class, leveling treadmill game for another.
You can get a whole new level of uninspired, shitty gameplay.
Do you do anything but troll? I haven't seen you post anything constructive.
I made a thread about Wish, which i'm very excited about.
Sorry if i am not content to be spoon fed the same bland, unimaginative, cookie cutter classed, tread mill designed, peice of shit MMORPG.
MMORPG's have gone to shit ever since Ultima Online. They are no longer about gameplay, but about leveling. I would have recomended Wish in here, but it seems there are very few people who are willing to check the game out, and are content to sack ride WoW and EQ2, which (although they don't realize it) are clones of each other.
I played EQ for 4 maybe 5 years and I can give you some advice: RUN.
The game is horrible, its a treadmil and once you actually get to the top(where everyone strives but few succeed) you figure out how horrible this game is. SoE has destroyed this game over the past 5 years and now its a horrible piece of shit.
Well... I dabble into EQ. I have to admit, if you have connections (Guild), its easier to level, and get money apparently (Someone on the RP server in my guild just handed 500 PP to me... )
It is a slow level, I mean, its frustrating doing those newb armor quests. I think you might need a few expansions if you want to level fast, but you need to get to about level 8 (hunting in or around your town and careful around others [freeport dec skellies drop cloth armor often if you need some]). After level 8 Kurns tower is your best bet (Get a Temp). Hunt there to level 18, then you got PC (requires Shadows of Luclin expansion), or The Overthere (good money - not as good as PC for exp). After that I have no clue.
I have to admit, the hype on WoW is big, and its a reccomendation you get it overall. Many people have hit max, but there are updates on the way.. I sufficed with EQ because I can't afford WoW. Maybe by November the price will drop.
i just started eq2 a couple days ago. level 9 so far... what times do u get on and what server do u play on? i'm almost exclusively on crushbone, near quenos
