I'm weak as hell right now. Stopped working out for awhile and lost 10-15 pounds from studying and not eating. Now I'm all about eating raw vegetables and less protein, so I won't be gaining weight quickly or at all. At least any weight gains I'll see will be quality

I have 2 months at home. I'm not sure if I should get a membership to planet fitness (cheap) or do some sort of playground workout. There's a school right across the street from me and I could certainly do a lot of stuff circuit training. I'd like to keep up my progress on some of my lifts, especially decline and incline bench.

Wow I picked a terrible new name, ah well.

Playground workout wasn't as glorious I thought it would be. It did end up being one hell of an upper body workout. I ran a circuit doing all of these in a row, probably did 4-5 sets until I couldn't do anymore dips.

pull ups though monkey bar (about 10 reps, all traps)
elevated pushups (20+)
dips (5+)
leg raises (10)
jump rope until I couldn't do anymore
