Fully tore my PCL during a pickup football game. Muddy ground, cleats, and getting tackled by 2 guys.

Played 2 more downs before calling it quits.

It's lot thicker than the ACL for sure. Most ppl tear it during auto accidents when the dash hits their tibia with a large force.
