I read recently that Evolution is pretty much the only FOSS mail client that can talk directly to Microsoft Exchange without hoping the server provides IMAP support, and a little digging revealed a company that has ported Evolution to Windows.

I throw this to the meat grinder that is OT, to see what comes of it. Thoughts?

Just out of curiosity...
why are you still using POP3?

(I know I am gonna get hammered for asking)

I'm not using POP3. Exchange uses a proprietary protocol, and you have to manually enable IMAP support on the Exchange server if you want to use (most) other email clients. Supposedly, Evolution can talk to Exchange without requiring IMAP support.
