i've been having asthma attacks late at night about 3-4 times a week. it was so bad a few weeks ago that my boyfriend needed to take me to the emergency room at 3:00 am because my asthma wasn't going away with medicine. my boyfriend has been telling me to exercise more to increase my lung function. we've been trying to look into exercises or physical activity that we can both enjoy, but i'm worried that more exercise will bring on more asthma attacks. are there any exercises that would be good for asthmatics and might decrease the occurance of having more attacks? anything i should add to my diet?
